Starting the day in the right way

I never feel much like eating breakfast, but I know it's important to start the day in the right way. I've started making smoothies choc-full of healthy ingredients to give me a boost and get my day started on the right note. I've been experimenting with all sorts of combinations of different fruits, veggies, superfood supplements and fluids to get some drink that taste good and are good for me. I've had some succcesses and some total failures - I keep a track of the recipes here on this blog so I know what works and what doesn't taste good at all!
